    A: Asap Cleaners are trained to use PROCHEM products for carpet, upholstery, and rugs. 

  • Q: Do you provide the cleaning equipment and detergents?

    A: Only for certain services. For example, End of Tenancy, Deep Cleaning , Carpet, & Upholstery Cleaning or Floor Cleaning. However, services such as One-Off Regular Cleaning, Basic Scheduled Cleaning, Office Cleaning do not include any equipment and detergents in the price. As some clients prefer to provide there own equipment & products. We can provide them for an additional fee of £20

  • Q: Is the treatment effective against coronavirus (COVID-19)?

    A: We use BS EN 1276 certified viricides. This means that they have been lab-tested against a wide variety of germs and proven to destroy 99.999% of pathogens found on surfaces.

  • Q: Is there a quality guarantee?

    A: Our End of Tenancy and Deep Cleaning services have a quality guarantee of 48 hours. Or 72hrs if the job was completed on a friday. To allow for return visit on the next working day. In other words, in case you are unhappy with the job done, you can request re-clean within three days. Although if there are any incurring parking charges. This will not be included unless a premium package was purchased. 

  • Q: Are there any deposits?

    A: We only take deposits for jobs costing more than £200. With a half payment to be paid in advance. Then remainder to be paid on the day work has been completed. Although jobs under £200 maybe asked to pay a £20 Booking Fee to secure booking date.
